Se remitió el expediente de la tutela del ciudadano de la referencia contra la Oficina Judicial de Bogotá – Cundinamarca de la Sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, por Secretaría General, al Juzgado Tercero Civil del Circuito de Bogotá para que, ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, tramite y decida la tutela de referida en forma inmediata.

Esta Corte coincide con el criterio expuesto por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal de Bogotá, en cuanto a que la norma del Decreto 1382 de 2000 según la cual se ha debido repartir el expediente en cuestión es el inciso segundo del numeral 1 del Art. 1°, y no el inciso primero, del mismo numeral y artículo.
